被动语态省略be有两种情况，分别为：

一种是做前置定语修饰：

例句：

1、The broken glass.破碎的杯子。

2、The boy taken in many times doesn't believe others any more.这个被欺骗过很多次的男孩不再相信别人。

另一种是做后置的定语从句：

例句：

1、The man given a praise is my uncle.被表扬的那个男人是我的叔叔。

2、The man who was deceived is my sister.被欺骗的那个人是我妹妹。
